Initially, as a beacon of light in the world of tungsten lamps, it grew rapidly, intertwining its destiny with giants such as General Electric. From 1914, with the Orion brand brilliantly registered between the lights of Vienna and Budapest, he began a sonic journey that would fill homes with the melodies of his radios. The 1930s saw Orion rise like a bright star in the radio firmament, with echoes resonating even under the Tungsram brand. But like any great story, Orion also faced storms, particularly with the Swedish government. Yet, it was never tamed: it reinvented itself in the television era from 1957, before ceding the sound stage to Videoton in 1964.
