1. Data controller

2. Data, purposes and legal bases
We process contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order and payment information, account details and communications to answer enquiries and provide the purchases or services you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Data needed for a service is required to provide it. We process information required for tax, administrative duties and lawful authority requests to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Technical data, IP addresses, transaction information and relevant communications may be used for security, fraud prevention and protection of our rights on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), with due regard to your rights.
Optional newsletters and promotional communications rely on consent (Article 6(1)(a)); you can unsubscribe through the message or contact us. Creating an account or placing an order does not itself subscribe you to marketing. Optional analytics, personalisation and advertising use online identifiers, device and browser data, pages viewed and interaction or purchase events only with the applicable consent, collected through the cookie controls. Data comes from you, your interactions and providers involved in the requested transaction. Payment providers handle full card details; we normally receive only information needed to manage the transaction.
3. Providers and recipients
Authorised staff and relevant platform, payment, delivery, IT, communication and administrative providers process the information necessary for their role, as processors or independent controllers. These include Shopify for the store, hosting, checkout, accounts, security, search, analytics and communications; Shopify Payments, PayPal and the payment networks or wallets selected at checkout, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available; Packlink PRO and the chosen carrier for delivery; and the Google & YouTube, Facebook & Instagram (Meta) and Pinterest integrations for analytics, measurement and advertising subject to applicable privacy choices.
See the privacy notices of Shopify, Google, Meta and Pinterest. When you choose email, WhatsApp or a social network to contact us, that provider processes data under its own notice and we use your message to respond. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Shopify Network Intelligence
This store uses Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify may combine information about your interactions with this store with information from other stores and its services to provide enhanced features, improve experiences, understand advertising effectiveness and offer relevant advertising. Information may be shared with Shopify and providers in other countries. For some processing Shopify acts as an independent controller. See Shopify's consumer privacy policy and privacy portal for details and your rights. Optional tracking choices are collected through the store's privacy controls.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary cookies support security, cart, checkout, authentication and privacy choices. Optional personalisation cookies remember preferences; analytics cookies measure store use and performance; marketing cookies support advertising measurement and relevant advertising.
In regions requiring prior consent, including Italy, non-essential tracking managed by Shopify is subject to your choice. You may accept, reject or select categories. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent purchases. Use the Cookie preferences button at the bottom of every page to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Browser settings also let you inspect and remove cookies; removing necessary cookies may affect cart or sign-in. Change the store preferences as well to prevent future optional tracking.
The Your privacy choices page enables visitors in applicable regions to opt out of data sharing for targeted advertising. Shopify also handles Global Privacy Control in configured regions. These choices supplement GDPR rights and consent withdrawal.
6. Retention and international transfers
We retain information as needed for enquiries, orders, support and warranty, the life of your account, mandatory tax and administrative retention periods and protection of legal rights. Marketing processing ends on withdrawal or unsubscribe, except for minimal records needed to respect your choice and demonstrate consent. Cookie duration differs from retention of data collected using cookies. Contact us for details relevant to your records.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, European Commission standard contractual clauses or other GDPR safeguards. You may request information about the safeguards applying to your data. We adopt technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risks.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Email info@erwittradio.com. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions, and may request information necessary to verify identity. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority or your competent supervisory authority.

We update this page when services or processing change and state the revision date. We will provide any additional notice or obtain fresh consent where required.
