UNDA RADIO S.A. R53/16 of 1947 Unda was founded in 1925 in Dobbiaco (BZ) with the name "Unda Società per la Fabbricazione di Apparecchi di Meccanica Fine" by Max Glauber. Subsequently it began the construction of radio receivers under its own brand, and quickly became one of the most prestigious and cutting-edge Italian companies in the sector. In 1937 it changed its name to Unda Radio S.A., and in 1940 it moved its headquarters to Como.
