Products

Do the radios that are for sale on the site also work as traditional radios or only as Bluetooth speakers?
The radios for sale on our site work exclusively as Bluetooth speakers. Most vintage radios received medium and short waves, frequencies that are no longer broadcast. Bluetooth is the only solution to make them play again.

How long is the warranty on your products and services?
All our products and services are covered by a 5-year warranty, which includes any manufacturing defect or upgrade. In case of any problem, we offer free home collection.

Do the radios come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, each radio comes with a certificate of authenticity that specifies the year of production and guarantees the originality of the model.

Can I upgrade my old radio with Bluetooth?
Yes! We offer a Bluetooth upgrade service for vintage radios. Send us a photo of your model for a free quote.

Can I have both radio and Bluetooth functionality on my radio?
Yes, but only if the radio you have is working and has a Phono input. You just need to buy our Bluetooth receiver and connect it to the aforementioned input.

How long does the Bluetooth update process take for a vintage radio?
The time it takes to update a vintage radio with Bluetooth varies depending on the model and condition of the radio, but generally takes between 1 and 2 weeks.

Can we update any radio with Bluetooth?
Yes, we can upgrade any radio with Bluetooth technology, whether it is a tube or transistor model.

Do you offer original radio section repair services in addition to Bluetooth update?
We do not repair original shortwave, mediumwave or fm radio systems. However, we do offer aesthetic restoration and Bluetooth conversion services.

Do the radios retain the original components after the upgrade?
Yes, all radios keep the original components in place and the Bluetooth conversion is done respecting their history thanks to our non-invasive and removable kit.

Can I see examples of radios you have already upgraded or restored?

Do you also modify car stereos with Bluetooth?

Not at the moment, but we do not rule out the possibility of offering this service in the future.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free throughout Italy. Shipping abroad is subject to charges.

How long does shipping take?
Usually, shipping to Italy takes between 3 and 5 working days. Abroad, shipping takes about 10 working days.
